I’m a strength and conditioning coach, husband, and father of two - and like a lot of dads, I know firsthand how easy it is to put your own health on the back burner. Between showing up for your family, working hard to provide, and handling the daily chaos of life, fitness often becomes the thing that slowly slips away.
My mission is simple: to help dads who’ve lost touch with their health and fitness reconnect with it—without sacrificing their role as a father or husband. I’ve been there myself. I’ve battled inconsistency, exhaustion, and that feeling of being out of sync with my own body because everything else came first.
I believe dads don’t need extreme programs, perfection, or more pressure - they need a clear plan that fits real life. My goal is to help you rebuild strength, energy, and confidence in a way that supports your family, not competes with it. When dads take care of themselves, everyone around them benefits - and that’s worth fighting for.
